Happy Valentines day

I photographed a different flower first and then I saw the shadow.

I thought it was time to search for another winter flower.

We had our first major snow fall of the year.

I thought I would catch Ava playing in the white stuff. But, by the time I was ready to go out, she was coming back in.  Of course, I waited too long to catch the fresh dramatic snow.  So, I knew I would have to do a little digging.

Shirley suggested the cone flowers in our side yard.  Not a bad suggestion. What do you think?
