I’ve been staring at this bird feeder for the last couple weeks. I though it might be a good subject if I find myself busy and in need of a picture for 365. Well, it only took five days for that to happen.
I shot about twenty-five images using both natural light and flash. I balanced the evening background with the flash. I would shake the camera different amounts with each exposure. I though the selected image was a nice balance of sharpness and movement. It’s similar to what I did with the pinwheel, except the pinwheel was shoot in the middle of the day.
I think if done well it could be good subject in the future too.
Is it worthy or rushed?

Hi Rosh,
Saw your post on Twitter and thought I’d check this out, I’m doing something similar, a weekly photo instead of daily, I don’t have the time for a new one every day! I think this is great!
I really like the photo! I wouldn’t say that it’s rushed, more that it almost looks as if it were photoshopped or that the background is fake. It’s a really interesting photo because it makes you stop and look at each little bit more than one normally would. I like it.
Keep up the good work, can’t wait to see the rest of them!

Hi Rosh,
I really enjoy the blue and brown tones of this image, I own a photography business and feel that a 365 challenge keeps you creatively on your toes. I say that now, only 5 days in to it : )
Thanks for the inspiration,
Linda
WORTHY! I think it is beatiful! Not everhyone cn see tebeauty in a birdfeeder!!!
It is a gorgeous picture. But, oh son, it would be spectacular if you’d fill the feeder. :>)
