I took this photograph Sunday with Shirley’s camera. These are my friends Wensdy White (left) and Judy Davids (right) from the Mydols playing at the Ferndale Family Hootenanny. (I took the photo Sunday for the blog, but was late posting it).
While hunting down the cat to be today’s photo victim, I ran across this photography opportunity. Gotta have at least one mirror shot.
Today was my last BNI meeting as a regular member after 14 years of early Thursday mornings. Above is a quick snapshot from the meeting.
I created some nice portraits on the west side of the state today. I wish I could show them. A couple of other options didn’t work out. This shoe print in the snow did grab my attention – not sure why.
Today I worked the ASMP booth at the Michigan PPM (photography) expo.
My job: Encourage people to sign the ASMP email list.
My tactic: Cute 4 year old Chinese girl.
People with cameras can not resist such a great photo opportunity.
Tomorrow morning I’m speaking at the event. Ava will not be there with me because then she would steal the show.

I decided last night if I didn’t find anything better I would cheat on today’s photo (taken a couple hours early). I photographed at the Pistons game Friday night. Shirley and Ava also attended. We had a great time.
Part of my duties were on the court. It has been couple years since I’ve photographed a Pistons game. It was good to freshen up the portfolio.

I’ve been working long days writing on my computer. The first half of the book is due tomorrow. The photo may not be 100% accurate, but its how my hands feel (got to love Photoshop and the filter Liquify).
Tomorrow will be the first day I can’t depend on the date to know what day I’m on in the project.
